Has there been any murmurs about who will be our supplier for next season?

Hopefully Just Sport will get the boot as the "Nike" deal hasn't exactly been popular with us just being dished out things picked from the catalogue

Personally my preference would be Adidas or Umbro, however wouldn't complain if we got Macron, Kappa or even Joma

They've made some cracking strips recently. :agree:

Would take Under Armour in a heartbeat aswell.

Me and my mate talk about this a lot and we think a deal should be struck with a Scottish company. Who cares who makes the strips as long as we are in charge of design choices and have some say in distribution. I would rather see the money go into the hands of Scottish workers than for Nike or Adidas screwing foreign workers. There may also be a bonus in that we could establish another area where new fans could be encouraged to support us. The borders is the heart of textiles and is now only a train ride away from ER.

Imagine if we had a deal like that in place after the Cup Win. we would have sold thousands of strips and made a few quid for all concerned. New Hibs tartan, range of quality clothing etc all a possibility.

I have no idea how the profits are divided between us and Nike etc but if it is financially feasible I'd love to see Hibs do something different.

Not for me. The dark green was the worst top in recent years.

Decent idea but why Scottish? Why not just Edinburgh or Leith? Or maybe we open it up and get the best commercial deal for the club.

Whoever the supplier is, I just hope they don't offer pre-orders. I couldn't cope with another thread like the cup final DVD

There's been no real rumours that I've heard, plenty folk saying who they'd like.

Personally would prefer Umbro or UnderArmour.

If it's Nike, Puma or Adidas the it will be bottom of the pile template stuff.

Still think there is another year to go with the Just Sport mob so it looks like Nike again next season

Deal is up this year and is unlikely to be continued/renewed.

We won the Scottish Cup wearing Nike. That's good enough for me 😉

We ought to wear the Toffs 1902 shirts. Heavy cotton, but sheer loveliness 😊

We don't want Under Armour. Andy Murray getting stick for them being his main sponsor. They sponsor hunters to shoot big game animals.

Leith, Edinburgh or Scotland. I'm not fussed as long as it can be seen as a way to connect with a community and get some sort of mutual benefit. The best commercial deal on the face of it isn't always the most beneficial . You only have to look at any kind of Public Sector procurement to know that the lowest price rarely means the best deal. For us we have had shocking Cup Final merchandise, no rerun of what would have become our best selling strips, the strip being late etc etc. It may have been a good deal on paper but has it panned out that way. I want to see a bit of vision and I think we are capable of leading like we have done many times in the past.

Didn't know that. Hibernian home kits are always crackers to be fair, the all green tribute shirt and Scottish cup tops were smart as *****.
