Now the tactics appear to be safety first, lots of defensive players and rely on the most attacking 3 to come up with something to get a goal.

Even with the lack of midfielders just now, we could line up with Boyle and Commons wide in a flat 4-4-2 and pose a real threat. Instead Lennon seems happy spending half the game passing between our back 3.

Unspeakably poor in possession...too many aimless hoofs and there is next to no movement or hold up play from Boyle and Graham. The only positive is how well the defence protect the keeper (mind you with pretty much a back 5 and a holding midfielder against a team who struggle to score we should do).
