My favourite moment from the footage of the celebration of David Gray's winner is the image of Stubb's turning round but Doolan's off down the touchline like a bat out of hell. Legend :flag:

Part timer. Sub 'walking the dog' with 'riding the wife' and then we have commitment to the cause.

I am going to hazard a guess that DBS may not have been completely serious in that statement. ;)

I wonder what Austin McPhee thinks about when he's riding the dog?

[QUOTE=lucky;4875121]Good interview from a guy who got us. I wish him well for the future[/QUOTE A bloody great interview. wish It had been in the news yesterday!. we had our branch meeting in the Ormelie last night, mainly out of nostalgia, as that was our founding place and Hibernian allowed our branch to see the Cup there. John Doolan did have many friends in the Ormelie, also in the K.Manor as well as the HIBS CLUB and he liked the odd visit to the Harp and Castle, the Central at the fit o' the Walk and no doubt the 4,etc along Easter Road. just such a nice football man. his buddies were superb too, big Taffs(Andy Holden) and his "gaffer" (Stubbsy) was very good with the fans as well.
