Easily the least fussed I've been about a competitive game against England, but no doubt I'll be up for it come Friday.

I would be interested to know what folk who follow Scotland (and/or England) closer than I do think about what our chances will be. Will it be safe to watch? :greengrin

I think 3-0 England personally. 1-0 earlyish and two later goals second half.

Was at Wembley in 2013 and was utter bedlam when we scored both times. Would love to be able to experience that feeling again so just a goal would be nice but can't even see that tbh. Living down here winning would be on a different planet.

I think I prefer to watch my piece of turf (vintage 1977) growing away in the back garden than watch what passes to be a Scotland team these days (McGinn excepted).

I'm thinking 1-1, or 2-1 England with a late goal. We are poor, but so are England, so this is a good time to be playing them. I'm not overly interested in the national team, but I'd watch us play ANYTHING against England, so at the very least I'll have a good night in the pub.

I don't watch international football and I have no intention of watching this game, but you just need to look at the form of both teams to conclude that England are mediocre at best while Scotland are considerably worse and have been for some 20 years. I'd imagine a pretty dismal game of football which on paper England should just about scrape through.

Not been to Wembley since 1977. My tickets arrived today, spending Thursday and Friday night in London with my wife and can't wait to get there. Same result as 1977 would do nicely but going with good company so hopefully won't matter.

If Strachan had left the personal grudges aside and picked Bardsley I could see a tight game.

As it is with Rashford or Sterling running at Calum Paterson i see a 3 goal reverse for england.

It's a fantastic stadium that's conductive to a good atmosphere. If Scotland were to score early I'd imagine the place would be rocking.

Scotland are often at their best when written off...let's hope that's the case against what is a very average England team.

Our defence terrifies me...particularly the centre backs so I'd imagine we'll look to sit in and protect them and try to hit England on the break.

The longer we can keep the game at 0-0 the better as the Wembley crowd will turn on England if they're not 2 or 3 up by half time.

As impressive a building as it is, I found it a soulless, corporate hell.....and that was with 20,000 Scots having a party. Give me the old Wembley any day.
