Me neither. Blank white screen on I-pad. The app icon comes up fine though.

Yeah. I get an HFC2016 app icon in middle of screen and there's a download icon at the foot of the screen but tapping on either does nothing.

You don't download this per say. You hit the share icon in safari and then select add to home screen. Go back to the home screen and tap on the new icon.

This is what apps were like on the original iPhone.

I was trying open it in another browser. Makes sense now that the 'instructions' were for Safari.
