Lennon, it's your job to know what's going through your players' minds...more than that, maybe you could do something to help improve their mindset.
Seems that the players are lacking their old camaraderie and spirit of late.
Over to you, their manager.
Time to take some responsibility and stop publically asking questions of your players that you should have the answers to.

Alex Harris cites a "lack of fluidity." It's there for all to see. Team spirit and self-belief crucial.
Sort it Lennon.

Cant let the players do whatever they like but they have to enjoy playing for the club. Guess it's finding the right balance. That's where Stubbs and his team got it right.

Is it because every week AS would say"I can't fault the players they gave it their all"
You have NL doing the opposite.
Maybe the players were to pampered under AS.

So why are we still in the championship then?

Complete nonsense on here at times.

3rd Season, 1st for NL....He tries to give players a rocket up their erchies, and we have people saying it's harsh....

Players need to take responsibility, and prove they are better than every other team in this division.....

BH, but as in every line of business, a rocket up the erchies every week, ends up with employees not performing to their best.
Better to just leave out the ones who aren't giving 100%/Under performing

Think we will see in forthcoming weeks, who gets dropped, as NL won't tolerate under achieving
