Can you access BBC on the Internet? If so then you can watch on BBC Alba

It says I don't have a uk IP address so can't watch on their website. I have looked around to see if I can change my ip but can't figure it out.

Try using a UK proxy server. Even for a relative technophobe like me it's pretty easy. Just google it, I'm sure you'll find one.
