View Full Version : Team for today
With Stevenson, Gray, Fonts, Hanlon, Boyle (who have I missed?) at stevensons testimonial, mcginn and Cummings U21 and Holt back home in England.. Anyone want to take a stab at the team?
Rocky, McGregor, Harris, Keatings being the bigger names? Would like to see Oli Shaw in the starting line up
We're best prices 2/11 but even money to win to nothing and 6/4 minus 2.... Might hold onto the coffers for a while longer
Just seen Lennon's interview. Rocky, Boyle, Fyvie, Harris in the swuad with McGeough if fit

Don't think McGregor will travel but maybe Foster.

Oli Shaw is away to Stenny? Unless this counts as a dev game he won't be available. In fact we won't have many strikers at all.

Keatings, Graham and Boyle? MacGregor was also at Lewis Stevenson's testimonial dinner....I dont know if that means he isn't travelling North.

Well. Hanlon, boyle, Harris and Foster were all on orange juice - and left early, so I'd expect them to be in the squad today

Hibs to score more than 2 in first half 5/1.
We should destroy this team really.

Just because some guys were at the testimonial dinner , does not mean they were unable to abstain for the evening.

You'd still think they'd be shattered.
Hopefully get a strong team out

Id go (if fit):
Marciano
Boyle Forster Fontaine Crane
Harris Martin Bartley Handling
Graham Keatings
I'd go with that except id push Forster to RB, Bartley to CB, handling into the middle and Boyle out wide.

Right, I was at my new sister in laws wedding last night. At the Marriot at the Maybury.
The team was staying there, and team bus left at 9am this morning.
Spoke to a few players, and nephews had pics taken. Anyway.
Out of the 15-20 or so players that were sitting in reception, The first teamers were Marciano, Hanlon, Fyvie, Harris, Forster, McGeouch, Graham & Boyle, the rest looked like kids.
So make of the team what you will from that.

Bartley at centre half? He's usually the tallest midfielder on the pitch and has still never won a header!

This. Marvin has some great attributes as a player. Heading the ball does not seem to be one of them.
