Hibernian could look to sign former AC Milan midfielder Johad Ferretti, according to claims in the Italian media. The 22-year-old is currently a free agent after recently being released by Unione Calcio AlbinoLeffe.

TMW have claimed in the last hour that Hibernian could look to move in on Ferretti after the youngster recently travelled to Scotland to have a trial. It’s been reported the Scottish side were impressed what they saw of Ferretti, and could look to offer the Frenchman a contract.

Ferretti has been without a club since July, and subsequently Hibernian aren’t under pressure to get a deal done tomorrow because of his current status.

Ferretti came through the AC Milan youth system, and even though he made the step up to the senior side he never made a Serie A appearance for the club. Ferretti had loan spells with SPAL and Matera whilst at AC Milan before he left the San Siro this year.

That's not a pun, its a cliche, which is slightly more palatable than some of the puns. Maybe I am just being grumpy and need more sleep but I find it really frustrating having to constantly skip through loads of posts to get some meaningful information.
