Many many of these. I'll start off,

1) Players in interviews using the words "obviously" and "delighted" or "at the end of the day"

2) Its a game of two halves

3) Goalie had no chance

4) Stonewall penalty

5) Just a fraction offside

6) Great advert for Scottish/English etc football

7) He's lost the dressing room

It's amazing what a missing "f" does to a sentence. You are talking about how much the radar has as opposed to "wealth off the radar" - which doesn't even make sense either - although I get the reference [emoji4]

Keep up you two. Literally has officially meant 'literally' and 'not literally' for years now.

I too was thinking of the use of the word "massive"

Like
"so and so is a massive fan", sometimes when referring to a player at a club
Like they are more worthy than not so massive fans/players

Big fan used to do.... Or boyhood Hibee

Another one that Craig Paterson uses in commentary

"get the ball into the mixer!"

Cement mixer?

"Good cross into the back stick"

Stick?

ye mean back post !!

"Playing 2 up top"

2 up front then !!

maybe just my age ;-)

However back to ...."massive"

Prince Conrad Logan of all Ireland may fit that description

The character shout annoys me more than most, probably cause fannybaws Houston pelted it out on repeat the whole of last season.

During the First Half Richard Gordon and the Sportsound team -

What s the crowd today Alan (Yam Preston)?

Alan Preston - 'A world record 15 000 jambos today Richard!

Richard Gordon - 'Fandiddlyastic Alan, Lets all cheer and applaud the Jambos for turning up today Chic Richard Wilson Derek Ferguson etc'

Sportsound team - 'lets hear it for the Jambos, Yeeeeeeeesssss 15 000 Jambos yeeeeeeeessss'

It gets on my nerves how they congratulate the yams every week for turning up at the piggery.

Mon the Cabbage

I know they include season ticket holders who don't turn up in their crowd (which I don't agree with) but to be fair to them they do get consistently good attendances in the league. If we were getting the same/similar (and the last two we have been) then we'd expect a mention like 'good crowd today at Easter Road' which I believe we have. Just because it's Hearts, doesn't mean it isn't true...
