I've asked this before and never got a response. BBC Alba on freeview, the BBC web site states it's on channel 8 on freeview in Scotland only. My freeview channel 8 is STV Edinburgh. Does anyway else get this? My freeview box is kinda old but I would assume the channels should be the same. As I get STV Edinburgh on channel 8 I'd assume it is a Scottish feed. Alba is not any other channel on my freeview box. Any ideas how to fix this or get Alba back?

BBC Alba moved to Freeview channel 7 earlier this year when STV Edinburgh swapped to channel 8 from channel 23.

A retune of your TV or Freeview box should sort it.

Hope this helps

Hope they send the young lads, who should be in their beds by 10pm anyway ;-)

Your box will have a 'first time installation' or similar option. That will sort it for you.
If you have problems, let me know the box manufacturer (and model, if you can) :greengrin

I'm expecting the young lads to do an all nighter after Lewis's do and pitch up for the bus straight from the casino. ☺

Hopefully catch this in St. Juliens before the Scotland game.

Will be weird mixing club and country on an away trip.

Not expecting much Hibs love from the neutral.

Thanks my channel 7 still shows bbc3. I have retuned a number of times and it doesn't change.

I will have a look for that and try it. I have retuned a number of times to no avail. I'll come back to you if it doesn't work.

Thanks for the advice.

This just might work out ok. Heading back to Aberdeen that day. Usually stay in Dyce before going offshore. If I've read time table correctly Turiff bus passes the top of the street.

The bus stops on the main street through Dyce, close to the junction with the road to the station.

Cheers that's worked 👍🏻. Pretty obvious solution, completely of my own making. The TV has freeview and thats the one that's been updating automatically, making me think the DVRs freeview had up dated. Which it turns out hasn't been updated since I bought it 😳😂😂.

Won't be going cos while my wife is very understanding, I think a return journey from Crewe to this game would see her throw something heavy at my head. Glad it's at least on tv and intrigued to see what side Lennon will go with for this

McGinn & Cummings will be away and Rocky might be with Israel if they are playing...
Graham & Keatings up front, with Boyle, Forster, Martin & maybe Crane getting a start... Anyone else worth considering?

Presume you will be giving your tickets to fellow hibees in case we sell out and people are looking for a spare?
