Or maybe not.

I agree. Or maybe I don't.

I think so. 0-0 away to Aberdeen is a magnificent result, and now they are 1 point closer to avoiding relagation.

An away point at Pittodrie is a decent achievement for Edinburghs 2nd most successful club in the last 55 years.

16 yellows in 3 games they are certainly leaving their mark....... On opponents

I think the sentence in the Thread title has a redundant word. If you remove the word needless then the question is easy. Bit surprised at DBS to be fair, usually more on the ball with this sort of stuff.

And no.......

I don't think they have quite got over blowing a 2 goal lead against us on our way to the holy grail.

Its going to hurt them for a long long time. Very pleasing.

They had a two goal and eighty minute headstart to stop us and keep their song repertoire intact and then a second effort after that. Forget thrashing a team of hastily assembled loanees, to bottle it so spectacularly is a far bigger humiliation.

Loving it what's happening now. I've forgotten about the 5-1, consigned to history. We have achieved our holy grail, at their expense to after they had a golden chance to knock us out, and they hate it cos like others have said, their gloating at our barren run is over. Let's enjoy it

I think the op is being way too harsh. Or is he?

How can you criticise "them" if they weren't given their customary penalty? Hmm? Plus, "they" aren't actually very good anyway, or as the caveman put it after the game: ""We have had a tough start to the season playing the champions at Tynecastle then going to Perth and Aberdeen in the first week."

Nah, it's always possible to do more if you make the effort

And a real tough one at home against the part timers from Malta.

I think it would be fair to say that Hearts are the dirtiest team in Scotland, and are already on course for yet another heavy fine for their appalling disciplinary record.

i'm hearing the disciplinary panel that hand out the fines for the team with the dirtiest players at the end of season are now planning on having meetings every 2 months now, just to deal with the thuggish grunts at the savilledome
