Seen a picture not long ago of Lennon and Rodgers having dinner... No doubt pals and wishing each other well however really hope Lennon is/has got somewhere with the Henderson situation, Cant understand the hold up when Celtic have already got rid of a couple of players. What's your thoughts?

Celtic are probably waiting to see the outcome of their Champions' League Playoff match before finalising their playing budget. Get through and they may be able to sign higher class players than if they do not.

Where did you see this picture as I have never seen it reported anywhere?

Not really sure how they would be "pals" as I would doubt they would have had much contact.

Our manager managed to get JC to Paris and talk to stars of football, JC very soon after signed a four year contract with clubs now offering near 2 million pounds for him. Cheers Lenny for doing that a magnificent piece of managerial business and we managed to keep the majority of our cup winning squad.

Regardless of the "relationship" between the managers if the Club that does the deal. I'm sure they will have discussed players, loan deals and and Lennon will have briefed Rodgers on what being the Celtic Manager is all about (beat the Gers 4x a season you're a god!).

When it comes down to the actual deal though for Henderson it will be done Club to Club and the managers will not set the fees. Lawwell probably holding out for 100% wages recovery. It will drag on for another week or so, or until Celtic get bored and want to focus on signing players for themselves before the window closes. Do I think we'll get Henderson on loan...sneaky suspicion yes. But it will be closer to the window closing.
