Most likely good IMO however, it could destroy a good business if used improperly.

Who knows that the background story is and what happened.

You might not need to know but businesses underpaying staff will hopefully take action to ensure they don't get similar adverse publicity.

From the list the type of business seems to be quite wide ranging. So no matter who you work for employees can feel they can get protection from unscrupulous employers.

What I did not understand is what I read was a list of businesses that owe money to employees, not employers that pay below minimum wage. Unless the money these business owe is the shortfall between what they should have been paid and what they were paid.

Just a bit strange and not sure what it ultimately achieves.

While we're at it we should make the minimum wage equal regardless of age.
