So Aberdeen are long ball merchants now? Mind you, I suppose everyone is when you compare them to the tika taka merchants at Ibrox. When I say that I mean they just aimlessly pass the ball to each other without going very far or doing very much.

I'm sure hearts and Aberdeen are suitably chastened and will study some previous performances by the Rangers. I'm sure McInness will instruct his midfielders to attempt these wee triangles and just hope that there isn't a John McGinn type player who will just get in the way and take the ball.

I'm also sure that Neilsen will sit down with the Hearts youngsters and discuss the rangers defending in the cup final. They can draw their own conclusions when watching the decisiveness and excellent positioning for the first hibs goal and the sheer physical strength shown by their defenders at our second and third.

Yes, we can learn a lot from Warburton and a Brown free Celtic. Shame none of them have actually played anyone decent to really prove to us that they can be our saviours.

:faf: I'm obviously no lover of Hearts and I'm programmed into hoping that they lose every single game that they play but there is a part of me which hopes that they dish out four humpings to the new club.

After his piece about the scottish cup semi finals and how only Rangers deserved to go on to lift the cup I thought he might go easy on the bold predictions. Obviously not. I really hope he's in for a season long nasty shock :greengrin
