The ads each person sees on here are based on their browsing history. You could save yourself some embarrasment by quickly logging on to some porn sites. :greengrin

It'll be google ads that show adverts based on what you've been looking at through your browser

you could always get a private membership which would stop the ads from showing as well :aok:

It's google ads.

They ads are suited to what you browse online.

So you're up to your knees in hunnish ads?

I'd surrender and then die, it's the next logical step.

Are you sure? There's a website for huns who want to have a romantic dinner, a pleasant evening then whatever else huns do with other huns, but are just too scared to ask!

Hang on a meenit! I can honestly say I have never searched for any dating agencies (especially Indian or Russian girls) and I definitely never search for '...answers from The Bible!' Also clothes adverts. WTF? I never really buy shoes and stuff online as I'm an awkward size and shape - I have to try before I buy:greengrin
Mind you, I have seen the wife using my iPad a lot:shocked:

This :agree:. Never been on a dating site on my life and always get ads for Russian wives or Muslim dating. Deleted my history as couldn't figure out why I was getting them and now not only do I get them all the time, I'm also getting the hun season ticket ad. I don't think it's anything to do with your search history cause doesn't matter if I'm on the phone, tablet or computer, it's always the same ads.

Does this mean that if I wasn't a pm and went on kickback, I'd be getting ads for Lady Haigs Poppy Fund?

.... Just asking likes :greengrin

I dont think its as specific as you search for Rangers so you get rangers adverts.

When i log out i get adverts for Legoland, probably because i've been looking at things like Alton Towers and Drayton Manor etc for the summer holidays.

There will probably be rangers adverts pushed to anyone who has been looking at football related stuff online etc.

Tbf, you've probably (like me) watched a number of YouTube videos recently. A number of them will have included rangers most recent competitive game...

Youtube are owned by Google so the videos you watch will influence your ads too.

It obviously has to do a bit of guess work so some of the ads are laughable.

Pay a tenner and become a private member and you get no dodgy advertisements.

It's targeted so if you are: male, within an age group, located in the central belt, visit BBC sport, lookup rangers (losing ) on youtube they assume you may be interested in a Rangers season ticket.
All this info can be collected if you are on social media, signed into google/youtube etc
