Adult and son.... FF lower

Did buy one on the instalment plan but changed today to FF lower and added a seat for my son. Just looked at my Eticketing and it has reflected the change to my ST seat but can't find my sons seat on it. Is that fine or any issue there? Thanks again

How did you convert? I've been calling 661 1875 all morning to try and change my seats but it just rings out.

It will be on your sons client number I think. Set up an account for him and manage it on his behalf. I have Me plus 3 kids but only my season ticket is on the eticketing account. It will help getting him set up in case the loyalty point experiment continues
