Came across a short film that was released a couple of years ago, featuring our very own Neil Lennon, and a certain Ian Murray. Mental health is such an important area that has often been neglected by many of us in the day to day, subject to stigma and ignorance. Many Hibees will have their own stories and background with MH issues and I think it's really potent that the manager of our club is so open about his own struggles, as well as a former captain and testimonial recipient. Anyway, just felt this was worth sharing for anyone yet to see it. :aok:

A lot of posters will relate to this, 'flatlining of emotions, colour disappearing from everything'. When he came out with this in 2006 autobiography it was only three years after The Suns 'Bonkers Bruno' front page so it was an extremely brave move to go public, even more so than it would be now.
