If I recall correctly, he didn't exactly spend a lot whilst Celtic manager. He is intelligent enough to know that any club outwith the old firm keek, operate on lower, MUCH lower budgets than he has been used to. I am sure the Hibs board will back him as much as they possibly can.

Lennon will know the squad he is starting with and he'll probably already know who he doesn't want from it, it's all about what system he wants to play, the players already there to play it and what funds are available to bring in players he wants, once that's all agreed, then there'll be an announcement.
