It would appear that no one on the latest bet victor odds list will be our manager, strange odds indeed.

...and yet if you go direct to their site (or McBookie as they have the BV prices) you'll see that Lennon is 1/4, and there are 3 others with shorter odds than the selections you see on OddsChecker.

Don't know what's going on with the usually reliable OddsChecker on this market, they aren't showing SkyBet prices at all (strange as I think they're owned by Sky!!!)

Yup. The bookies always have the inside track.

They shouldn't be allowed to take bets on next managers. Not uncommon for them to refuse to quote odds on some people but continue offering prices on guys that are not in the running.

Ladbrokes have stopped taking bets, getting 2/5 on McBookie and 1/2 on Sky Bet. Checked them about 5 mins ago...

No even sure why they bothered putting him on the list in the first place. Very few things would make me walk away from hibs but if hibs were to so much as even look at any application from him, they can have my ST back.

Surely the biggest reason his odds are shortening is because everyone is putting money on it, rather than anything actually being close to being done?

Correct. Bookies are pretty much in the dark as we are, hence their massive overrounds on these markets.

Maybe to get folk talking about the list they have, which might lead them to having a peek, which might lead them to having a punt
