The problem with it is, and this is why other clubs didn't go for it either, is that you just have to see the way that incidents are reported and reacted to.

We had the SFA on our case within minutes and everyone is still referring to appalling scenes that has scarred football.

What about years of sectarianism and homophobia en masse?

The clubs that will get hit will be the likes of us for the odd thing that gets blown out of proportion, and not the teams who consistently offend because no one seems to care about that stuff.

I really hope all this hysteria the Zombies have created comes back to bite them big time. I've never seen so many comments on what was just football fans running on to the pitch after a truly massive victory. I can't believe this would still be getting spoken about if the Zombies hadn't lied and/or exaggerated what went on between our fans and their players. As far as I'm aware two Hibs supporters have been dealt with by the law over those issues so I don't see what more they want!?

Getting really angry at this bull**** now !!!

Of the 4 clubs in this country where sectarianism has been an issue Hibs have been and are light years ahead of the rest in having all but eradicated it, and yet we have had not a single utterance of praise from anywhere ... possibly because of the 4 clubs we are the least likely to blow our own bloody trumpet.

Now because a few fans out of 23,000 at the end of the most emotive game probably in the clubs history acted like idiots the club is being painted ( mostly by bigots and their media apologists ) as being at the centre of Scottish football's ills ..... while all the time the media and our chicken **** football authorities continue to ignore the real issues and the bigoted football club that is the bloody epicentre of it all.

There is not even any pretence from Ibrox any more that they are trying to address the massive problem that club has with a huge section of its following that revels in bigotry and sectarianism ..... in fact the club, far from condemning it, seems to be hell bent on pointing the finger at anyone it can in order to deflect from the massive issues they have ..... even to the point of supporting their thugs who came on to the pitch at Hampden. This club clearly has the attitude that it can retain its huge fanbase by embracing its bigoted Billy boy culture rather than distancing itself from it .... they truly are a vile club !!!

Hibs should come out now and start putting the boot in ....... We should be making a huge issue of the sectarian bile spewed out during the 90 minutes at Hampden. We should be making a huge issue that more than once a song was sung by anything but a minority about our manager being a Fenian *******.......... We especially should be calling out Sevco on their assertion that their fans were on the pitch to "protect their players" and are therefore absolved of blame, a shameful statement that the SFA and the media should have condemned out of hand minutes after it was made ... but as yet have not!!! ........... We should be asking why Sevco issued a statement saying "several" of their players and staff had been assaulted when that clearly was not the case.

Correct, the club needs to come out and attack these reports and allegations.
