1. Get us promoted next year, so maximum of a 12 month rolling contract
2. Retain the nucleus of the cup winning squad, but improve it to ensure automatic promotion
3. Sign a keeper that is 100% reliable and dependent ( might be Mr Incredible but would prefer not to take any chances)
4. Be given a transfer pot to get us a team to still
Play in style but ensure we are out of the second league
5. Build a team around McGinn

Not sure who but these must be the rules that Leanne sets out

Who stays will mainly depend on contracts signed before . 3. If we`ve got as strong a squad as we should have , we should be dominating games enough not to need a fantastic keeper and even if we tried to sign a top keeper what are chances he`d be better than what we`ve got ? 4. Definitely . Style and results . 5. Not sure in modern football you can build a team round any player . Try to keep him yes but if he plays like in late 2015 we`ll get an unrefusable offer soon and if he plays like in most of 2016 we`ll struggle as a team or to sell him .

We've got a good squad. It means we can spend our money wisely.

The new guy doesn't need to rip it up. Hendo and stokes need replacing of course, but there's a lot to work with. Especially McGinn.

You don't build team around one player.

Agree with this. A team should be built around a spine of 4 or 5 key players. A goalkeeper, a defender, 2 midfielders and a striker.

Disagree, a team needs to be built that can play how the manager wants that team to play and ideally with a squad that is interchangeable.
