These green socks were worn on my size 8 feet yesterday at The Mash Tun pub on Easter Road while I watched Hibernian win the Scottish Cup Final 2016 by beating Rangers 3-2.
The socks have been worn to watch numerous Hibs games at pubs in the Easter Road area this year. They have only seen one victory though and that was yesterday's triumph.
There is one small hole in one of the socks near the toe. There wasn't one when I put them on yesterday morning. Perhaps my toe burst loose at the same moment that the Hibs fans burst onto the pitch to begin their jubilant celebrations?
The socks will not be laundered as I'm sure any potential buyers would want to savour the flavour of my beer soaked triumphant pub sweat.
I might just be awfy hungover, but I think I can hear 'Sunshine On Leith' playing when I hold them to my ear. Or maybe that's those guys walking past my flat all dressed in green and singing?
I'll stick the socks in my pocket today so that they might absorb some of the atmosphere when i witness the Hibees bring the cup to Leith Links.

(UPDATE: I have revised this listing to now include photographic evidence of my socks enjoying the Hibernian victory parade. Sniff hard and you can smell the cup on them.)

If you look really close there's actually more holes in the socks than there are in The Rangers defence and the stories they have been coming out with since Saturday. :agree:
