I don't know but someone should contact the club and organise getting it a permanent place in on of the stands.

Back of the East, right in the middle of the stand, opposite the tunnel would be the perfect position of it becomes a permanent fixture of ER

Between the banner and I'm On My Way being played I felt the same. Posted a pic of the banner on facebook just before kickoff which is something I very rarely do.
