Thats what I had I was refreshing every 5 mins since 9:00 then when I read this thread I refreshed again and I was put in a queue. Definitely confusing :confused:

Couldn't get 3 tickets in G1, G2 or G6 so had a wee panic. Not sure about availability in G3 as didn't try there.
Advice - be patient and don't refresh. You will get there in the end.

You're probably right but the whole process would be smoother if they started by asking how many tickets you needed (confirming reference nos at that point) and then showed where those were available instead of creating a crazy egg hunt where the participants are wearing blindfolds.

There's obviously a lot of anger right now after last night and I'm not just having a pop at the club for the sake of it but I cant understand the logic of releasing various sections as the morning goes on. I'm happy to have this site here keeping me straight as when I first logged on this basically the system said all tickets were sold (not in those words but the error message was no tickets left at that price when I looked in every available section).

I was close to just giving up and luckily headed here first but it shouldn't be this sites job to explain the clubs ticketing system to confused fans.

The loyalty points issue has annoyed me this year as I've been to a lot of home games and taken either my dad or step dad with me but because I've bought the tickets online or we've paid at the gate, neither of them will be going to Hampden as they aren't on the system so I don't really feel particularly rewarded for my loyalty as things stand. However, I accept there will never be a perfect system and folk will always miss out.

Anyway, the current system really isn't fit for purpose and we should be looking very careful at it going forward. I've always hated Ticketmaster and based on this experience they haven't done anything to change my mind. Lets go back to a proper queuing system with all tickets released at once and those first in line getting first go at all available seats.

Seems to be his thing. Be negative about everyone and everything. The boy i'm trying to get a ticket for has been to follow Hibs in about 6 different countries over 3 decades. Unfortunately his circumstances over the last couple of years have meant he has zero loyalty points. Even though he's been to plenty games home and away. That's the system. Not knocking it, just puts him in a tough position for big games.

Jings that's horrendous. I arrived at the Ticket Office at 5.53 am, got served at 10.46 and was home in Perth for 11.57.

Doesn't look like you can get 2 tickets together anywhere but you can get single tickets in G7. Maybe wait till G8 is released but that might be a bit risky as others will be doing the same.

Pish. I was at the Derby, tickets for which were bought by my dad. Also PATG for 2 other games this season as well as the league cup final. I still have no points which is why, if anyone had a spare ticket, I would have been very grateful for one.

Exactly!! I don't have many points as I work weekends and my wife works a Wednesday night. Plus most of the time I don't bother with the ticket office and just pay at the gate. My dad and daughter don't have reference numbers as the also go to PATG or book through me. Understand others deserve priority but hate the uber fan chat!! I too love hibs but I also have other responsibilities.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but had you got the patg tickets via your client reference number it wouldn't have been a problem. Hope you manage to get one

No it doesn't, if you buy at pods, you dont get points.

3 or 4 times this season ive been running late and bought from pods.

IMO they should put a system in, that they can assign tkts at the pod.

Don't agree. There was no availability showing when I eventually got into the system at about ten thirty and after a fraught half hour I thought I'd then done well to get 3 single tickets in G3 & G4. This means my lads and I will all be sitting alone and yet hours later people are able to get multiple tickets in G7 & G8.

I'd imagine so. I'd think, like any purchase you'd have the opportunity to return it. Up to a point anyway. I know a friend that goes to a lot of Liverpool games. He has returned some with no probs but if the game is too close then no refund available.
