Well done Falkirk. Our inability to actually convert goal scoring opportunities and the opposition knowing our weak spot is just hoofing a ball into the box as it has been glaring to all in most of our games this season. Well that is apart from the team and the manager.

My main gripe is why the defender wasn't red carded last night? He stopped a clear goal scoring opportunity. He was the last man. Why didn't he get a red card?
Add to that the hand ball/kicking Henderson in the box from the first game we must have done something very wrong somewhere to get so many poor referees. Then again all the refs now appear to be honking.

If you think those two decisions were awful just wait to see what the ref will have in store in next Saturday's final for us.

The customary howler will be there.

Yep done over again. To not even get a yellow was a joke. The penalty in the first game kills the tie though maybe not given our chronic defending.

:agree: Games change on these decisions, and although we don't know how it would all pan out, the game plans of both teams would have to change. Vaulks would have had to go back into defence where he was a bit shaky last time out, and they'd have missed his presence in the midfield.

It would also have given us more space to move the ball, but hey ho, the Ref decides, no cards needed eh.

Only in Scottish Football.

Referees have a massive negative impact on Scottish football. They create a footballing environment where cheats prosper by not punishing niggly fouls by thuggish players and thus failing to allow good football to flourish.

As for Hibs though - we seem to come in for special treatment - two massive game changing decisions against us over two massive games - it's a wonder we're not forming a lynch mob!
