As if Saturday wasn't a wake up call in regards to season tickets not scanning once access had been added, I decided to take the clubs advise and trust the system, buy online, add to card, avoid the queues etc... I turned up a little earlier tonight, and low and behold 'seek advice from nearest steward' access denied! Again had to wait 15 minutes at the ticket office to be given a printed ticket, and again only make kick off by 5 minutes... it is clear the system does not support the exact scenarios in which we need it for!
