I found this article which alleges that Campbell Olgilvie deliberatly mislead the Commission set up by the Scottish Premier League into alleged rule breaking by Rangers in the run up to their collapse and also that the SFA granted Rangers a licence knowing that they had an outstanding tax debt that breached UEFA criteria.
