Any had problems with getting email confirmation of tickets bought from Hibs. I used to get an email from Hibs everytime I purchased a match ticket but never got anything through for the cup final, Raith game or the Falkirk ticket I just bought. Checked spam and nothing in there either so no idea what has happened as it used to work no problem. My season worked fine today but for some reason the confirmation emails seems to be missing. Anyone had the same problem?

Never had a confirmation email but purchase showed up on my account and collected tickets today

thanks for the feedback folks, defo something strange going on. I've got booking ref and I'm sure the ticket will be added to my card no probs but very odd how I've suddenly stopped getting them

Don't worry mate, picked them up on Friday and they are under armed guard as we speak!

Always get one very quickly when i purchase on line and pay by credit card
Just assumed this was automatic and always keep it on phone as has reference number if there is a problem

Took me over an hour to buy the cup final tickets but the email came through in about 30 seconds!

Have you logged back into your account to see if the tickets have been added? I wanted to double check I had bought all the ones I needed and they were showing within seconds. If they're there then all should be good.

Extremely important emails often end up in the spam box. Take a look just in case.

Double check that it's your current email address that Eticket have.

If not, you'll have to update.

If you go into the purchase history & open last purchase, there's the Resend button which will send a further email confirmation to you.

Double check that it's your current email address that Eticket have.

If not, you'll have to update.

If you go into the purchase history & open last purchase, there's the Resend button which will send a further email confirmation to you.

Cheers, for all the replies folks. I had the right email address in as it's the same one I've used for years and the same one Hibs have used to send me all confirmations in the past but I went in and changed it to another gmail account address I use then went into the account history and resent the last ticket confirmation and it came through no probs. If anyones having the same bother just try that. Thanks :aok:

I've not received any e-mail confirmation for the last 4 tickets I have bought (Raith x 2, The Rangers and Falkirk) and my config is correct

I only get them for home games now which is just as well as they're print at home. Haven't had e-mail confirmation for the last few away games for some reason but my online account is always updated and tickets ready to collect.

For Raith game at home got this information when topping up two season cards and 1 print at home. Season cards didn't work when got to ground

"Total face value £45.00
Ticketfast Print at Home £0.00
Access added to card £0.00
Total Amount Paid £45.00"

"For Falkirk game see this

Total face value £30.00
Access added to card £0.00
Total Amount Paid £30.00"

Should "access added to card" have something in that line?

No, because it is free to add it to the card, it would only be if you selected delivery that it would have an amount in that line.

ok thanks. Although our two cards never worked for the Raith game hence my concern. Will print off email this time.

Same here. Didnt receive emails for either raith or the cup final.

Mines was a btinternet address as well that was causing a problem but gmail worked ok. It definitely wasn't going to bt spam either as I've been checking that. Very odd. I've emailed the club so hopefully they get it sorted

Been getting my e-mails Ok.
Ordered Falkirk tickets yesterday a couple of hours after Raith game and email confirmation came through straight away. I'm on Virginmedia not BT. Sounds like a BT issue more than anything else.

No e-mail conformation for Falkirk home I'm with BT. Checked today when picking up tickets for Falkirk away and it has been added to my card (I am assured).

I always get a confirmation email and I make sure I make sure I print it as well just in case there are any issues when collecting.
