Got through on the phone almost straight away, thinking this is going to be easy...
Firstly they had problems getting the tickets through and kept getting an error. Then there was issues with their payment site. Now waiting on a callback to purchase the tickets. Can't fault the woman on the phone though she was very helpful and apologetic.
Hope the rest of you are having more luck
