View Full Version : Urgent Online Payment System Down

I tried to order over the phone but the payment process isn't working at the moment. The girl I spoke to says the club knows about it but until it's sorted we're stuffed!

I suspect it's a Ticketmaster problem and Hibs can't do anything about it anyway.

And to make matters worse I had great seats in the South stand in my basket.

Got 4 tickets in my basket, have 2 ref numbers that qualify for 2 tickets each but keep getting a red banner with an error when trying to go to checkout!!!!!

This is torturous. Can't get 4 together except from behind the goals so settled for 2 and 2 close together and now the system is hanging!!!!

16 prime D2 tickets all allocated to the correct folk then told I didn't have the right allowance to buy them. I deffo do. Nippy AF.

Had all my seats in basket but had several attempts to pay eventually timed out now at.

Well I've just lost two prime seats in D2 and have been punted back into the queue to even get onto the website, so enjoy my seats whoever gets them! :aok:

I'm having to purchase 35 tickets in 3 different groups. Had 18 tickets all reassigned etc & then couldn't log in to the payment screen for 20 minutes, now kicked out & waiting in queue.

Farcical.

Yip - Same here......8 tickets in basket - took ages to get them allocated to the correct people in my network then bang - red error and chucked me back to the grey dial with 45 mins to wait when the tickets in my basket will time out in 12 mins!!!!!! Not very pleased. :-(

This isn't Hibs problem... Rangers will have the same issue with the system. Avoid the early rush.

Payment system seems to be back, at least for some.
After waiting 28 minutes I eventually got through to payment then got to the confirmed screen. Money is already off my card (well, my balance available has reduced by the ticket amount but it's still pending).

Don't care whose fault it is, it's shambolic!!

Easy to say just wait but if you are going in a group and want decent seats together, you need to be on the ball.

Just checked the seating plan and it was L3, south upper, that had originally been assigned. Not impressed.

Been on the Waiting page for an hour now. At the last segment of the countdown circle for about 30 mins.
Do I just wait or refresh?
This is all so frustrating. Bring back paper applications like 2001 LOL

Finally managed to get 4 in D3. Even though I had D4 prior to being timed out, the whole thing is a blesdin' shambles.

How is it Ticketmaster can "cope" with selling 50to 60k concerts selling out in 30 minutes, yet we are trying to sell - what? - up to around 12 to 14k tickets today (probably less) and seem to be getting nowhere fast.

It's a disgrace.:fuming::fuming::brickwall

I got the big red error message but pressed back and went to pay again and it worked.

Incidentally, the tickets I've been allocated aren't the ones I thought I was getting. I clicked proceed on 3 tickets in I6, and it's processed me 3 in H6.
I've lost the will to live though, and don't care any more. About anything. I'm going to chuck it all in, and go and live in a cave. With my 3 tickets, because I've earned them.

Exactly same situation - just got kicked out of website with 5-6 mins left to complete purchase and now saying I'll have to wait up to an hour for probably the same thing to happen again. Will have to go to work soon so will probably have to try again tomorrow.

They should take site down and rectify the problem before putting the thing back into operation. This really is a joke. Some official word would be helpful to clear up what's going on and whether or not tickets can be purchased or not.

This is nuts, been online since 10am, had 5 tickets in my basket, been through the checkout at least 10 times without success - and now booted out!
Get it sorted Petrie!!!!

Been in for 40 minutes.
Chose 3 sets of double seats.
Got through to entering payment details 3 times.
Then big red error message saying "unexpected error" - return to tickets home page.
Do that. Tickets still in basket.
And repeat from line 3 above.
Now been booted out and grey circle of frustration again.
At this rate I'll be in the Huns end. :brickwall:brickwall:brickwall:brickwall

If the club thought this was unacceptable it would have been fixed long before now. There have been plenty of examples in recent years

Anyone else having issues again getting logged in?

I started the login process at 11am havent yet reached the proper login screen, still sitting with the gray wheel and has been on the last segment for around 25mins.

Frustrating!

I logged in at 11 and completed my purchase about 20 minutes ago!

Took me 30 mins in the queue just to log in then tried various south sections but couldn't get 7 tickets. Eventually got them in South Upper H5. Every time I tried to reassign the tickets it came up with the red error, clicked back to basket and it had been allocated.

The payment process worked after 4 attempts, what a shambles.

Anyway can relax now, hope the view is good as I've never been in the upper before.

Have just logged on, bought tickets and paid successfully in about 10 minutes, the system seems to be really picky about when it causes problems...

Don't understand why the system won't release more sections in the East, when other 2 sections don't have enough seats. Been waiting iver an hour now! 😡

Yup, I have the same problem in the east stand - only single seats left in f1 and f2.

My mate was trying to get 13 of us together. Ended up with 2 groups of 4, 1 of 3 and 1 of 2 in 3 rows in the South lower. Get back to filling in the ticket forms and keep groups wanting to sit together sitting together.

The purchasing too many error happens when you think that someone is entitled to two tickets but Hibs think otherwise, perhaps due to a renewal having been made in the last 48 hours.

People on payment plans may also be an inconvenience to the online system.

This was my thinking - so I tried to removing some people. However, no luck. I'll hopefully sort it tomorrow!
