Tonight is a huge night for the club. Thankfully the players seem to have recovered a bit of form and it sounds like there is going to be a big Hibs support there to get behind them. Let's do it tonight Hibs.

Hopefully folk down buying cup final tickets this morning decide to buy the remaining behind the goal tickets. A big boisterous crowd is a must for both legs.

Its not beyond the realms of possibility. If we actually take the chances we make in a game then we'd cruise it.

I hope not as I'm having to pay at the gate

They've said there will definitely be tickets available at the stadium so my guess is it will be the additional 550 thats available in Kirkcaldy

To be honest we've been saying that for the last two seasons. It's not through bad luck that we constantly miss loads of chances.

I think we'll win 2-1 tonight. Although with both sides making noises in the press recently about it being paramount that they are still in the tie in the second leg I can see it being a draw.

Thats what I've backed at 7/2

I'm more nervous and excited for tonight than I have been for a long long while including the league cup final.

Let's do this hibs, all I ask is we take our chances for a change.

2-0 Cummings both.

The next 3 weeks are going to be amongst the most important in the clubs history. They will talked about for years to come. Lets hope we can look back with glassy eyed nostalgia and not anger and bittnerness

Let's put down a marker tonight, show the other teams we mean business

Where's everyone going pre-match? Only ever supporters bussed it through before.

7/2 seems very generous. Think we will nick it 2-1 tho.

Not sure why you're laughing, we're far superior in quality all over the field. Throwing in our very decent record against them this season, along with our recent rise in form, I too say 0-3 to Hibs!

Will happily take a draw.. then comfortably take care of them at home.

From what I can see on the website there's going to be PATG at the match - correct?

Would love to see it but I'm with HC here. Was beat several weeks ago from them. As much as I hope Hibs have come out their dip, I'll let the players show me on the pitch rather than in the newspaper talking about it.

Could easily be 3-0 and let's be honest for either team. But I think both teams will try and snatch a goal and take it from there.

We've also won 4/5 against them this season. The signs are there for Hibs to get through this tie no problem, and again, I'm confident that we'll really make a statement tonight.

It's bound to be 2-0 Hibs..just so we can't be too confident..we will be thinking about Hamilton

Id be happy enough to come away with anything from a single goal down to 10-0 up. If they come with a single goal lead its hard not set up defensive, and hard to defend for 90.
Reckon it will be a score draw however.

GOOD LUCK HIBS!

Agreed, if we start well I think we could seal it. Some will say that's overly optimistic, but whether it happens or not we should be aiming for a comfortable win. We're a far better team and we'd be selling ourselves short if we were chuffed with a one goal victory.

Calm down its only Raith Rovers not Real Madrid. I'd like to think the players are confident to go for this score line as well. I think 1-3 Hibs.

:agree: my only real concern is the pitch, other than that, we turn up tonight -we win! :aok:

We could do with a both rain today because there is zero chance Raith will water it.

Would love 3-0 but think it will be 1-1 or 2-2.

Any of the above will make it relatively safe for Saturday.

If the pitch is as described on another thread A Tattie field and its heavy rain then we may have to settle for coming away not behind ,no injuries or yellow cards and using subs so that no one looks knackered on the heavy pitch
Its over two legs so not too worried Trust Stubbs to manage the team in a way that allows us to navigate all our play off games ( 6 ) So patience may be needed
But if we win by a few all the better[emoji857]
Just saw piece on news They are unbeaten in their last 11 games
Pitch looks reasonable but clearly cut up
