That must be the highest in Scotland apart from Celtic. They will have 38 league matches, 6 champions league qualifying matches, 6 Europa league group matches, 3 league cup matches, 4 Scottish cup matches. That amounts to 57.

Even will Hearts manage 38 league matches plus 4 league cup matches, 3 Scottish cup matches = 45.

I note that Manchester City will have done played 59 matches by the end of the season or 60 if they make the champions league final. That is 38 league matches, 6 in the league cup (included a two legged semifinal), 3 in the FA Cup, 6 in the champions league group stages, 6 in the champions league knockout stages.

By contrast Leicester will have played only 42 matches.

Maybe some of the lower league teams in England will have a lot of matches. Hull will play 46 league matches, 4 league cup matches, 5 FA cup matches, plus a potential 3 playoff matches. That comes to 58.
