Confirmed on BBC and Sky News. Loved his music. Seen him at Meadowbank in the mid 90's. Was an amazing musician and his show was just brilliant. RIP Prince...

On April 15, 2016, Prince's private plane was forced to land in Illinois (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illinois) so he could seek medical treatment for flu-like symptoms
