Be interesting if they were to sell though. A "sleeping" giant.
I think JK will work wonders when he offloads half of the guff in the side mind you

Not for me to be honest, a mega bucks deal like that is not the way I want us to go.

Are the Americans not a mega bucks deal already?

I think it may become the only way to compete down there soon.

Average players getting massively overinflated price tags, seems the way of things.

Yes but nowhere near the amount of money a deal like that would make available to the team.

Seems to be the way the majority of the top English clubs are going, but it does in my opinion take the heart out of the clubs.

Ha! It's a bit late for that. LFC have already sold out. The club is now a sporting franchise, for sale to anyone at the right price.

Got tickets to see Liverpool play Chelsea at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on July 27th but we could only get normal seats without VIP access

Arsenal play Chivas of Guadalajara on July 31st at the StubHub Center so we get our own fieldside seats and there is Champions Lounge access for the game.

Note that the LA Rams are about to start preseason soon after and share the same owner as Arsenal so they are probably having parties to entertain potential sponsors for the stadium.

It might not quite reach the ambitions of Hearts but it is impressive nonetheless (http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/19/architecture/new-nfl-stadium-los-angeles/).

While I was still a youngster, around 1969, there was talk of some rich Americans taking over Hibs. My Heart's supporting dad said that Hibs would be able to buy anybody they wanted, should the deal go through & I said "then they wouldn't be Hibs".

How I've lived to regret that ever since :greengrin

I am well aware of Liverpool's financial standing and it is nowhere near the wealth of Man City with their spending power which has made them what they are today.
