Yes it is, all the development players who are out of contract didn't get them renewed

Hibs wanted to put him out on loan to Gala Fairydean what kind of experience is that?

I get the feeling Hibs have been trying to force a few of the youngsters out of the door.

Shame but if they aren't going to make it then yes, they need to be out the door unfortunately.

I also saw that Lewis Martin had signed a new contract with Dunfy. I hadn't spotted him being released either. Can anyone confirm/provide more info?

Yes it is, all the development players who are out of contract didn't get them renewed

Lewis Martin didn't play for Hibs. Perhaps you're thinking of Scott Martin or Lewis Allan (Who was on loan at Dunfermline last season)

I doubt many of our 20s will be retained. Hibs will go for a young 20's side next season

I think the writing was on the wall for the vast bulk of the Under 20's when Danny Handling who hadn't played for 8 months was on the bench for the Cup Final ahead of any of their number.

It is a hard ask for the DT to make it to the big team. That does not mean the DT players who do not make it to the big team can't play football for another team. It shows the high standard that is required to make the BT.

Don't think they've been released immediately, just contracts are not getting renewed at the end of the season.
