Before the SC final I hope Alan Stubbs decides to keep the team here this time. No trips abroads. Keep them here, let them soak up the build up.

Show them a list of the legendary players who wore the shirt and couldn't lift the cup. Sauzee, Best, Turnbull, Reilly (all of the famous five in fact), Latapy, Riordan, O'Rourke and countless others who have graced the backs of shirts in the stands.

Next month each and every member of the team have a chance to put themselves on a pedestal above all those names. Never mind becoming legends, they have the chance to become immortal in Hibernian history. Let them know that the match itself isn't to get nervous about, it's an opportunity to do something with their lives that no other person has achieved for over a century.
