And look forward to our favourite cup.

I think we'll make the final.

I think we probably will get through. Utd seem to have their own problems and that defeat to Inverness has pretty much relegated them so their confidence will be rock bottom too.

safe to say, its not a difficult game to get back up for and very winnable. Mon' the Cabbage.:flag:

Agreed. Then when in the final anything can happen. A lot of cup winning teams don't have great league campaigns. The season the saviles beat us in the final they were bang average in the league only creeping in to the top six in the last game before the split. The cup will be a welcome change on Saturday.

Our promotion hopes are drifting away therefore a win on Saturday will give us at least £500,000 to ease the financial pain of another season in what is really the second division. Why the hell do we have to suffer daft cosmetic changes. The Championship! What a daft name for ten clubs who are inferior to the twelve above.

Funniest thread of the week

Why? Because some still believe the Season is still all to play for?

Is your season ticket in the Gorgie or Wheatfield stand?

Funniest thread of the weekdon't go to the semi. shove your heid into the oven. we ALL know how bad the last 5 weeks have been, but IF we win on Saturday, and it's not a massive IF, because DUFC are playing like us, then things can improve on the league front. don't know when the last time a 2nd tier club actually won the SC, maybe the 30s for East Fife but strange things happen. we need to be in the final first though.

If we win on Saturday, I'd be concerned about being given another going over by Celtc in the Final.

The best we can look forward to is a payday to ease the financial burden for another season in the 'Championship'.

it would be typical of Hibs to go and win the semi final; you just don't know what they'll do next.

IMHO the next four league matches, and winning them, are far more important than the cup semi-final.
