Great PR move, but I hope that we're going to be billing the Council for costs, at least. After all, there are plenty other snouts in this particular trough...and the Council have promised that the Partnership responsible will be paying for it all.

Kids are being kept away from these schools because of the H&S risk. Sending them to the PBS is like jumping from the frying pan into the fire :greengrin
