Go onto the forums on Tripadvisor. There's loads of tips there.

When we went a couple of years ago and we just used their own website to book our hotel & tickets. They had a deal on where kids under 7 were free and under 12s half price so it worked out pretty cheap ( booked EasyJet flights for peanuts as well). Reason it stands out is because we initially saw what we thought was a good deal in the travel agents but the flight times really only ment we had 2 days in the parks. Went home to try and figure something out and ended up with 5 full days and a better hotel for £400 less than what the travel agent was charging.

Email your hotel and see how much they will charge (assuming they will sell them but most do) I found the hotel about the same price as everywhere else and for less hassle we just bought them when we arrived and checked in. The Euro rate was pretty good at the time as well.

We book directly through the Disney website too.
