When you have players like Keatings and Boyle who are so naturally left and right footed then why swap flanks ?

Boyle should have been on the right assisting Gray when he was toiling, Keatings is a striker, simple as that.

Stubbs is not only tinkering he's playing boys out of position or where they're naturally comfortable.
