We're playing 9 games in April

8 championship games (3 rescheduled) and the semi final - I'm guessing the Falkirk game will be moved to Tue/Wed 12th/13th as it's literally the only date we have free that month.

Two observations: 1. Probably a good decision to move the Dumbarton game, given we'll need the rest beforehand and 2. We better ****ing finish 2nd, or we will burn out if we end up reaching the play-off and SC final.

Pretty sure the progressive SFA and SPFL have scheduled the SC final on the same weekend as the playoff final. My mate told me the plan would be for us to play 1st leg Tuesday, Final Saturday, 2nd leg Tuesday.

If Falkirk lose to Sevco on Friday we will be 3 points behind them with 3 games in hand, we will have 9 games left and them 6 .... if we can make ourselves uncatchable in 2nd with 2 games to go we will have 2 and a bit weeks before the play off semi final 1st leg to rest who we want.

If we can make the Scottish cup final and play off final the fixture dates are obviously going to have to be rescheduled ....... bad enough having to play a huge game 2 days before the final .... its obviously infeasible to ask any team to play a huge game the day after a national final, even the incompetents who run our game couldn't make that fly.

Here's a wee thought if we are in the play off final ........ If Dundee Utd beat us in the semi and can fight their way to 2nd bottom of the Premier League, which looks a lot more likely than it did a month ago, they will be the ones with the Scottish cup final sandwiched between 2 huge games against us.

3 of the 4 home midweek matches in April coincide with Champions League so presumably won`t be shown live on Hibs TV for overseas fans . Are there still replays for SC semis and final or ET and penalties ? If replays , calendar could get interesting if we draw in semi ( and / or final ) .

I used the word destiny deliberately , but injuries and suspensions and fatigue are unknown factors that could possibly mitigate against that
But will settle for beating Raith on Saturday to get back on track
