As it says on the tin.

I've just noticed this record is on Spotify.

So many cheesy tunes on this album it's unreal, such a good laugh

I think my favourite cheesy song on the album has to be We Are The Hibees by Colin Morrison :greengrin

Was always a good night. I saw them at the tall ships race in Leith too where they were excellent as well as seeing the Weir brothers a few times in concert with OMD.

I've always wanted a copy of that as well. Cracking tune as is the voicover at the start when the players are on the open top bus. 'This great club rose like a phoenix from the ashes' gets me every time.

"We are Hibernian fc we are the Hibees family, so if you know your football history we are the famous hfc"

Also the one mentioning Stevie Crawford is pretty gash

My 2 daughters were indoctrinated into all things Hibs listening to the CD back and forth to nursery.
Then when I took them to their first game they complained that everyone else was singing the wrong words!:greengrin

We should really bring out a new album. Hey it could be written by some people on here since we are so good at writing songs on hibs.net for hibs....😂

Turnbulls Tornadoes was a pretty poor song. What was the B side again? Please don't tell me it was a version of War is Over by John Lennon!

Its that bad an album I love it. It makes me cringe so much that I love playing it for fun.

I certainly think we need a more modern version of GGTTH

Cracking song that I often sing to myself, don't know what it'a called though or why it wasn't on the cd:

Started off...
Easter Roads the place to be, heaven on earth for you and me
Hibernian (softly in the background)

The chorus went along the lines of...

Hibernian
Hibernian
We'll always be there by your side when you need us
Hibernian

I've been searching for this song for a long time but no luck. Think it was performed by a band called the Highlanders or something similar.

I quite like TT. But, i also think the B side ("Hibernian, give us a goal") is really good and catchy. Im surprised that it never really caught on as a singer.

Ultimately, unless a football song is 'singable' by a mass drunken crowd, its no use.

What's with the funk numbers 😂

I remember driving through Brussels for the Anderlecht game with some of the funk numbers playing as we went through the red light district. All seemed quite 70s porno.

What's with the funk numbers [emoji23]

They are ridiculous [emoji23][emoji85] They were blasting out the speakers a couple of weekends ago at the unbelieving of the stones. It was 12pm at the time when the event was supposed to be finishing so they were maybe trying to get rid of everyone haha. My mum seemed to enjoy them though and asked me for a copy of my album [emoji23]

I'm sure when I bought my copy (Bandparts on Leith St 197 low number)) TT was the B side and Hibernian (give us a goal) was the A.

It's Good To Be A Hibee is the stand out track on that album.

Pleasantly surprised to discover that it's on Spotify. Cue loads of bemused Londoners when I blast it out at work all day.
