When Deeks was training with us, getting his fitness levels up for York City, I believe he was having a very strong influence on the striking team.

We have certainly been less active in front of goals since he left

It's maybe not that ridiculous. All last season and in the last month or so we have created plenty but converted few. The middle period in the first half of the season we had Deeks here training and JC said himself that Deeks had a positive influence on his game and we weren't scoring bucket loads but JC was on fire and we seemed more clinical.
