Would have thought this would be 1 where lower prices might genuinely increase attendance.

Can only assume the Cat A prices are neccessary to cover the cost of the top ups.

Think the £28 will be to cover the extra policing and stewards as they will have few thousand tramps in the south stand to look after

Does pricing not need to be set the same for a replay as the original tie? Even if not worth remembering that it requires agreement of both clubs.

Should be irrelevant anyway. Team deserve a proper backing after keeping us in that today.

Yesterday's games seemed to have replay dates all arranged if needed, so they probably had ours sorted in advance as well.

I agree £28 is a lot of money for quite a lot of people BH, but £77 at Liverpool is what I call taking the piss and so do a number of their own supporters.

You are correct. We have to pay Hearts something for everyone with a CTU who attends.

Still, £28, kiss goodbye to a sell out.

How much was it for a ticket today.

Cup Final £25, replay in cup £28, to dear for folk with kids.

Doubt hearts would have let us reduce it. Makes sense for it to be the same price as today I guess. Shame as £20 would have allowed us to push for a sellout.

Let's sell out our allocation, no matter the cost. This is a great chance to ram it right up the underclass after all their boasting on keekback.

In the French L1, gate receipts represent a tiny proportion of the clubs' turnover when compared to Scotland.

The team deserves a huge crowd 1 defeat in 20odd games, these guys are literally running themselves into the ground week in week out.

the atmosphere and anticipation in the last 10 mins today was pure joy like the good old days.. if we'd sneaked a winner it would have been orgasmic.

good if its not shown on tv, more Supporters less fans

Annoying that there will be in excess of 30k at hampden for the final yet all the so called Hibs supporters don't regularly come along to ER. Understand work commitments etc. but we should be selling out these games

Agree we should be selling them out, but you can go to a cup final for £25. For me it's very close to being either or and I'm sure for a lot of others that will be the case, especially if they've got kids to take to games.

£25 would've seen the game sell out imo

I'll be there with the kids but £56 for the three of us is a huge amount to pay. It has been a very expensive season to be a Hibs fan without a Cup Top Up.

The price of success I guess might have to sell a few things on ebay to fund it :greengrin

Hearts midweek will mean a stop over
Alloa up and down in a day
Morton midweek anther stop over
League cup final Saturday night stop over in Glasgow

Liver might take a bit of a hammer in that time too.

But hey success sure tastes better than defeat so keep the good results and wins going boys. I'll die in poverty witnessing it but I'll be happy.

Hibby Bairn
07-02-2016, 06:37 PM
I'll be there as well with 2 boys. But I'd like to see "father and son" type offers available to help. £40 for the three of us would have been a huge help.

Instead it is £56. Plus a further £45 for the final. Plus a tenner each on buses through to Hampden. That is £131 in the space of a month. Plus maybe a SC quarter final in between.

Add on food and drinks and I could be well past £200 in the next 5 weeks.

Great to be involved in these games but a wee bit consideration for those having to pay out for kids as well would be nice.

👍

i think the replay could see quite a lot more walk-ups getting tickets, we haven't been at home for what appears to be ermm months, so quite a few weeks to save some cash for those that can only afford the home games

Borderhibbie76

P@@@@s me off.... Get behind the team ffs... No just at Hampden for a Cup Final. This team deserve our backing so if u can afford it... Get along to ER

Got what might be a stupid question. Is it a general sale from Tuesday with the season ticket seats unavailable to non season ticket holders or does it only become a general sale on Friday?

In presuming you can buy, non season ticket holder seats from Tuesday
