Excellent team performance, decent crowd, all the subs made an impact. Really enjoyed it. With Cummings, Stokes, Dagnall, Malonga, Keatings we have a embarrassment of riches. Nice problem for Stubbs ☺

Fontaine 8 Got into attacking positions and defended well.
Stevenson 8 Everything seemed to go through him on the left. Gets through so much work.

Bartley 6 OK
Fyvie 6 gave possession away too cheaply but also played some good thru balls. Doesn't deserve the abuse he gets.
McGinn 7
Henderson 8 Stunning free kick, good all round display.

Dagnall 8 Total commitment, physically dominated his opponent throughout. Really impressed.
Cummings 6 Should have taken his two chances but worked well.

Stokes- A few lovely passes before the goal. Looks 100% fit. Hero status awaits.

Bit harsh on Fyvie who had one of his better games, being allowed to get forward a lot more.

McGinn gives us so much more playing more central rather than being stuck out on the left side of the diamond

Fyvie has been guilty of giving the all away all season but only did it once today and apart from messing up when Stokes put him through he had a good game. Much better playing further forward.

Great team performance.

Oxley - 7 - Could maybe have done a bit better with the goal but was generally solid and looks to start moves quickly.

Gray - 7 - Decent performance and put in a few teasing balls.
Hanlon - 9 - Absolutely strolled it, would love to see him tied up on a long term contract. Very unlucky not to score.
Fontaine - 7 - Decent performance but should have scored with header he done well to get on to.
Stevenson - 8 - Heavily involved and did the majority of things both offensively and defensively very well.

Bartley - 7 - Played well, I don't think they had a shot in the 2nd half. Feel more secure when he's on the pitch.
Fyvie - 7 - Well involved, never shies away and he made a few good runs forward into space.
McGinn - 7 - Started a bit slow but came onto a really good game. Nice goal.
Henderson - 8 - Really good performance and looked a level or 2 better than the St. Mirren players. Great goal.

Dagnell - 8 - Really liked the look of him in this game and it followed on from his subs appearance last week. Doesn't deserve to be dropped.
Cummings - 5 - Trying too hard? Just not happening for him and he might have a bit of work to do to stay in the first team. Hopefully he links up well with Stokes, would like to see the contract signed quickly too.

Stokes - 7 - Lovely through ball for Fyvie and in the right place to score.
Keatings - 7 - Great work down the left for the goal, Stokes couldn't miss.
McGregor - not on long enough, did he touch the ball?

Ref - 9 - Don't often comment on the ref but barring a couple 60 40s I think he controlled this game really well.

Thought Fyvie was MOM, the laddie never hides and wants the ball constantly.
Cummings needs to get back to remembering its a team game, his greediness is creeping back in again, something Stokes said months ago he would have to work on.

Bartley had a very good game in my eyes. He does the unglamorous work very well and his physical presence in the middle of the park is something we need. There were no failures today but thought Bartley deserved a special mentioned.
