How do you add someone to your profile on the online ticketing?

Go to https://www.eticketing.co.uk/hibernianfc/ and sign in. Click on your name at the top right of the page where it has your membership number also. On the right hand side click on Network and you can add someone. All you need from them is their membership number. Hope that helps.

I feel your pain. I still think the next phase should have been from about 300 or 330 which is the points for the last two season tickets. There will be more pressure on fans who have had season tickets for the last couple of seasons to renew next season to ensure that they are in wave 1 or thereabouts. I'm renewing regardless of which division we will be in. We'll support you evermore. Not just when we're doing well. :flag: :flag:

But just because the old system wasn't devisive it doesn't necessarily mean it was right. As someone who travels home and away every week I feel there should be an additional benefit for people like me as opposed to all season ticket holders being lumped in together when supply outstrips demand. Similar schemes work well elsewhere but it doesn't matter what way it's done, not everyone will be happy.

Understand your point but I don't think ST holders had a problem but think the walk ups did. We go with someone who can only really get walk ups but very loyal, he got no perks. He is the typical person who should benifit, not ST holders trying to get extra advatages due to not missing cup games on their holidays!

It all seems fair enough to me. The points were set to give the most loyal 3100 fans (measured in terms of the amount of matches they go to) a ticket. What those fans do with their ticket is up to them and if that means giving it to a mate / relative then that's their prerogative. If either me or my dad couldn't make it, I'd have been buying 2 tickets anyway and would have given one to my mate who has been going to games for years but hasn't been able to get an ST for the last couple of years. That would have been up to me.

Same mate. 10 points short yet 4 of my mates got tickets the other day who don't even have enough points between them. One of them is attending his first game this season. Sickening but not sure what can be done to stop it to be honest. Think the second phase should have been far more than 180. Could have made it 300 and there would have been about a 1 in 2/3 chance tomor instead of probably a 1 in 5/6 chance.

Presumably from people who have got enough points. I got 2 tickets this way. We've created a system that rewards those with the most points, people in the top bracket want to stay there.

That's fair enough, if folk can't make it and are getting tickets for mates. Gives them more points.

Just hope there is enough tickets today for me and my mates lol.

People get it,they just don't like it as they believe it devalues their ST. I agree it defines loyalty and seems fine to me.

I didn't realise missing a pre season cup game v Rangers in the middle of July would be so costly. How disloyal of me.

maybe when they don't get their money up front from me in future they'll offer me a good returning customer discounts deal.

If you don't attend a game then of course you wouldn't get points, why does it matter when the game was that you missed, would have proved just as costly if you'd missed Stranraer in August or Aberdeen in September etc?

If you'd purchased a CTU, you would have been awarded the points regardless if you attended or not. It's part of the risk you take.

I don't want points for not going. I was on holiday so didn't bother and prefer to pay full price rather than the discounted CTU.

Maybe I should get more points for the other cup matches cos I paid more in entry fee?

My real complaint is I've been chucked into a batch with folk that aren't even necessarily ST holders anymore.

That and the system encourages a "rich get richer" culture.

Nah. One or two are just lobbing their toys and threatening not to renew because they've missed out and it's easier to blame the club.

What would you suggest the club can do to combat that though? They can't stop someone buying a ticket who is eligible for it & they have no way of knowing what said person will do with their ticket once they have it in their posession.

:agree: The incentive to pay up front for a season ticket has gone.

Why? If you buy a season ticket up front you get 180 points, walk ups can only catch up with a season ticket holder by attending every home game so won't get the 180 points until the end of the season.

Unless you're referring to another reason why the incentive has gone?

I've had ST throughout his the loyalty point period yet am left scrapping for tickets with folk who don't have a ST. I'd have been as well picking and choosing games this season (from a monetary point of view).

It's not a case of lobbing toys out the pram. Some people think it's a fair system while others don't. There is now no need for me to renew my 3 season tickets so I won't.

I'm in the minority but i cannot understand giving out points for an away game. Yes I get the miles covered, support offered argument but i cannot see why they should go into an advanced grouping.

I will go next season to probably 80% home games, the odd away game and still love the Hibs. I will also have a few more bob in my pocket.

If you didn't buy a season ticket this season you still have the same chance of a ticket for the derby as someone who did buy one.

Only if said person had a season ticket last season though and either attended a few away games over the last year or have paid as a walk up to at least 3 home games this season.

You only got 150 points for a season ticket last year.

Most clubs who run a loyalty scheme actually give more loyalty points for attending away games as opposed to home games.

We are working the opposite way and rewarding fans who go to home games more than away games.

You need to attend 2 away games to get the same points for attending a home game.

When I was a member of the Scotland travel club you had to show proof of your flight or hotel invoice and they'd pick a random percentage to come to the stadium or a hotel too collect their tickets as there were loads of points harvesters in the travel club. Don't know how Hibs could change it though.

ST plus a CTU and of course 10 points for the SC semi. Could've scrapped it all in May and still be eligible whether you've given a penny to Hibs this season or not.

You'd need a system of checking ID at the match - won't happen. First change I'd make is, any fans who are guaranteed a ticket for a big match should not receive more points for taking up that option. They've already had the benefit. Only those who are in a pot (with chance of getting one) should get points.

Fan 1 on 391 points, Fan 2 on 390 points. Both very loyal fans !

Fan 1 is guaranteed a ticket to a huge game. Fan 2 into a pot with chance of getting one. Fan 2 is lucky and get ticket and extra 5 points. Fan 1 has 391 pts, Fan 2 has 395.

So for the next big game, Fan 2 might have better chance of being guaranteed a ticket.

This isn't a question of anyone being "penalised". It's about trying to recognise loyalty across the board, rather than creating an elitist system that always favours the same folk and leaving some very loyal fans to the remaining scraps.

Nope, and rightly so IMO.

Been done to death and you're clearly of the opposite opinion of me. I feel, rightly, those who travel away to support the team should get additional benefit. That system provides that benefit.

As for people not renewing, if we are promoted and flying ST sales will go up. Just look across the city where they have a loyalty scheme extremely similar to us. Hasn't harmed their season ticket sales.

Managed to get mine fairly easily this morning, was only buying 1 tho. Row 3 section L seat 1. Not beside my mates but I'm sure there'll be loads in the same boat. Just relieved to get a ticket.

I kept getting that message but kept trying the different areas and eventually got one.

I kept trying the different areas as well but sadly no luck.

This split wasn't just rewarding those that go home and away - I'd have had no problem if the split had been set well into the 400s, with an extra one added it at wherever the split was to 330 then the rest in batch 3.

As soon as they were added to my basket I went to checkout and it came up with basket timed out. Don't know what happened.
