Looking at the team sheets in the Forfar vs Linlithgow Rose cup tie and noticed both teams starting line ups have players who have squad numbers from 1 - 11.

How unusual is that these days? I cannot remember seeing that for years !

That was the report on the radio and they think there will be serious action taken by the SPFL over this. Celtic antics at Stranraer were brought up too

We want to get to the final to bolster the coffers for the summer Transfer Window but we have another hurdle to overcome first before we can start thinking about the final .

There keeper broke his arm in the first minute so is out. There back up keeper is out through illness. They had another keeper lined up as an emergency signing however the SFA won't sanction it as he would have had to be registered before the original date of the tie. So LTHV go into the biggest game of there history, with Celtic waiting in the next round, without a recognised keeper. The SFA have really surpassed themselves this time. Can they not be sympathetic to circumstances?

Gutted for the boys. Such fine margins in these games with huge implications. Such a shame they couldn't put out a full strength side but that's football. Well done EK though. To get to the last 16 of the Scottish is a marvellous achievement.
