Good move for the lad, if I'm being honest i think he could have got a move down South to the lower leagues, he deserves his move and as you say it's a pity Hibs didn't have a look at him.

We did have a look at him on 2 occasions, Stubbs felt that he is of the same ilk as Jamie Insall so not needed at this time but he will continue to monitor his development. Just what I was told, however good move for Austin and like you, glad he is not available for them on Sunday.
