I see he was on the subs bench again, does not seem to be first choice now a days for Norwich. Anyone know how long he has on his contract?

Unless he's renewed his contract at some point, which I don't see any record of, then it's up at the end of this season.

He signed a four year deal with Norwich in June 2012.

Nope, definitely not, I've been following his progress for weeks now, well before xmas and he has always been on the bench.

He hasn't made a first team appearance of any kind since the end of October and hasn't started since Norwich lost 6-2 to Newcastle, the game before his last appearance.

No, he was sent off against Southampton earlier in the season.

He should have no problem picking up a new club down there if he decides to stay down South.

Think he will be one of the golden generation that will return to Easter Road. Well I certainly hope so.

Locals here in Norwich seem to like him quite a lot, just his defensive lapses are much more of a problem playing against BPL opposition. Still a very talented player who, as you say, will have no issue in finding another decent side.

Agree. I get the impression that Whitty is a no nonsense type of professional both on and off the park.
